Subjected to a traditional conservative political despotism, but with emerging and dynamic corporate and mobilization yet. Under Catholic morality and ecclesiastical controls, but freethinkers points. In this context the political «galeguismo», promoter speech recognition of cultural and linguistic identity and socio- political construction of Galicia as a nation, gradually asserted. The figure of Daniel Rodriguez Castelao, doctor, humanist, artist and politician who emerges here as better able to recognize the popular psychological fibers and transfer them to your pictures and cartoons. Here were abundant children, and school, between the present and the desired future, a democratic nation dream.
