Abstract
The purpose of this communication is to train the future social educator and the social worker in the development of their professional competences within the framework of the European Convergence that will enable them to work for the future. Therefore, we propose a teaching innovation activity within the subject “Education for Health” (combined degree Social Education / Social Work) through an active methodology with the use of technologies (audiovisual and virtual platform use in the courses) for the development of a mediation program as an innovative experience. In this sense, we consider innovation as a possibility of improvement and we take advantage of the activity to propose a more positive and effective line of work according to the current requirements in the resolution of conflicts. The aim is to analyze the needs of the reality that are a source of conflict in order to continue with the promotion of the actions of the health agents and to finish with the evaluation of their activity. In this sense, students will be able to design a mediation program in the field of health education in accordance with a questionnaire created ad hoc.
