Abstract

A study of the evolution of the lack of discipline in a period of three school years is presented to prevent violent actions in the educational context. We analyzed 204 faults committed by students from first to fifth grade from a mixed method research approach. The correlation analysis (Pr>F 0.037) is significant with the variable that indicates that students of the masculine gender attack mainly their peers. The results show that the main faults committed have been serious faults (50.5%) such as assaulting a partner and disrespecting a teacher. In conclusion, the infractions decrease in the application of disciplinary measures in the school context.
