Abstract
This article delves into the concept of online violence suffered by children and adolescents and how by analyzing the Organic Law 8/2021, of June 4, on the comprehensive protection of children and adolescents against violence (LOPIVI), and more specifically in people with some type of disability, it is possible to identify associated measures. A review of the aforementioned law is made from an educational paradigm where the limitations of scope, the still existing risks and the need to deepen in how it addresses online violence towards children with disabilities are identified.
