Resumen

El empoderamiento juvenil en los grupos de investigación es un tema con escasas evidencias científicas. Para contribuir a este fin, se rea-liza un estudio de caso único, estadístico-descriptivo, donde se busca analizar si el Proyecto HEBE favorece el empoderamiento de las personas investigadoras jóvenes del mismo. Se aplica un cuestionario centrado en los factores propios del empoderamiento en el ámbito académico (expectativas, formación, apoyos...) y una rúbrica para evaluar la contribución del proyecto al desarrollo de dimensiones de empoderamiento como la autoestima, la responsabilidad o la eficacia. Los resultados demuestran que la diversidad del equipo, así como el trabajo democrático y participativo de este proyecto, promueven el empoderamiento y el desarrollo académico-profesional de sus personas investigadoras jóvenes. Finalmente se identifican barreras y retos actuales relacionados con el compromiso social, la igualdad de género, el bienestar personal y la precariedad laboral
